Those are the only classes offered to the public at this time.  We offer group therapy and writing sessions  to our clients.

Candlelight Evening Yoga is the perfect ending to the day for stress relief, and to build strength, flexibility and balance.

By candlelight, we yoga together in a lovely practice, ending with a very nice relaxation practice.

This is a great practice to gain more flexibility, balance and peace of mind.
