Candlelight Evening Yoga is the perfect ending to the day for stress relief, and to build strength, flexibility and balance.

By candlelight, we yoga together in a lovely practice, ending with a very nice relaxation practice.

This is a great practice to gain more flexibility, balance and peace of mind.
