The Sweetest way to end the work-week – by Candlelight.

Joins us on Fridays for this spirit refreshing, body strengthening and mind relaxing practice.  We all light a candle and enjoy the fragrant, softly-lit calming environment that we need on a late Friday afternoon/evening.  We rush around all week DOing for others and working hard….this is OUR Time to spend with ourselves, on the mat, enjoying a Slow Flow practice with restorative beginning and ending.
